Many of our apps utilize license keys or activation codes for access. (For example, the WOCNCB apps, Springer Publishing Company textbook apps, CDL Mastery (driver's license activation), ADA CDT Coding, and others).
We have found an issue causing an error in the activation code field on the profile page when using the mobile-web browser. This error is not occurring on the standard web browser (on laptop or desktop computers). It is only impacting mobile-web browsers.
While our web team works to resolve this issue, please activate your code using a laptop or desktop computer. This will unlock your profile for use on the mobile app and web app, but the activation will need to be done on the web app using a laptop or desktop computer first.
