We have identified a bug causing the wording on the profile page to not update once a subscription is canceled.
When a user cancels a subscription, the profile page is still currently showing the end date as a renewal date. The subscription has been successfully canceled, but the wording is not updating on the profile page. When a user selects the option to cancel the subscription again, they receive an error message advising them to contact support.
For clarification, if you are receiving this error message, your subscription has been successfully canceled and will not renew further.
We understand that receiving an error message when you are trying to cancel is frustrating, and we apologize for any frustration this may cause. Our web team is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it.
