We have identified a bug that is causing some users' simulations to appear as if they have already been completed, showing a score of 0, with no answer choices submitted, but the user has not launched the simulation before.
Our web team is working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime, this can be easily resolved by resetting the simulation.
How to reset the simulation:
-Select the Profile button in the upper right corner.
-Select Exam Simulations
-Select Reset next to the exam title.
-Confirm the reset by selecting "Continue".
This will reset the simulation and allow you to take it whenever you choose.
