Charges for subscriptions & renewals started through our website will appear on your card statement as MASTERY TEST PREP (the shortened descriptor will read only "TEST PREP").
Subscriptions started through our website can be canceled from the profile page when signed in using the same email you used to purchase.
We will always refund unneeded renewals made through our website when contacted within a few days of the charge.
We will always grant a refund for purchases made through our website within these time frames:
All initial purchases for any subscription option can be refunded within 7 days.
Refund for a Monthly renewing subscription- 7 days
Refund for a 3 Month renewing subscription- 21 days (renewals only)
Refund for a Yearly renewed subscription- 60 days (renewals only)
