Our company, Higher Learning Technologies, provides technical and administrative support for the mobile and web apps in many Springer Publishing Company products. However, we do not distribute codes and cannot resolve an issue pertaining to a printed product.
To help you, Springer Publishing Company will need a picture of your entire purchase receipt, a picture of the page that your activation code is on and a picture of the copyright page showing the ISBN.Please send the three pictures to cs@springerpub.com.
If your code was partially damaged during the removal of the scratch-off cover, we might be able to find the full code for you. As long as some portion of the code is still legible, please send us a picture of the code itself at support@hltcorp.com.
If the code was damaged beyond even partial recognition, Springer Publishing Company will need to be contacted to replace the code.
