Here are a few tips if you have an active subscription to one of our services but are still seeing locked content.
1. Check that you are signed in to the correct product:
We have three NCLEX products on the market that are similar in many ways but differ where it counts.
* The most common confusion reported comes from users who have subscribed to My Nursing Mastery but are trying to access My Mastery Nursing (NCLEX RN Mastery) or NCLEX PN Mastery. There are also different levels of access within My Mastery Nursing- For more on subscriptions and add-ons in My Mastery Nursing, click HERE.

2. Check that you are signed in with the correct email address:
When you start a subscription, the access enabled from the subscription purchase is tied to the email address and password you were using when you purchased the subscription. Check the Profile/Account Details page to see which email you are currently signed in with. If you think you used a different email address to purchase, try signing out and signing in with the other address!
3. Sync Progress (Mobile app only):
If you are definitely signed into the correct app with the correct email and the mobile app still appears to be locked, please click on your profile icon (in the upper right corner of the app) and hit the "Sync Progress" button. Please see the attached screenshot for assistance with this. This action should trigger the app to realize that your profile is unlocked and should give you full access to everything.
