How To Cancel A Subscription
The steps to cancel a subscription differ depending on where you start the subscription.
If you are unsure of where the subscription was started, check your card statement for the last charge issued for the subscription. The charge identifier/descriptor will tell you where the subscription is processed.
If the subscription is processed by our website, the charge identifier will say "MASTERY TEST PREP".
To cancel a subscription processed through our website, you will need to go to the same site and sign in with your subscribed account email address and password.
- Once logged in, select "Profile" in the upper right corner.
- On the Profile page, select "Account", then select "Cancel Subscription".
If the subscription is processed through the Google Play Store, the charge identifier will say "GOOGLEApp developer name," "GOOGLEApp name," or "GOOGLEContent type". These, along with "GOOGLETEMPORARY HOLD," indicate purchases, subscriptions, or authorized holds for apps, media, or Google services.
To cancel a Google Play Store subscription:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store

- Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu
Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.

Our support team can help you cancel subscriptions from our website or the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, we aren't able to assist with Apple App Store subscriptions. Those must be handled with Apple directly by the user.
If the subscription is processed through the Apple App Store, the charge identifier will say "APPLE.COM/BILL," "APPLE STORE," or "ITUNES".
To cancel an Apple App Store subscription:
- On your iOS device, open the Apple App Store
- Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner
- Select Subscriptions
- Select the app/subscription you want to cancel in the "Active" section
- On the app's subscription info page, select the red text that says "Cancel Subscription".
Cancelling during an active subscription will stop all further renewals for the app, and you will still have access for the remainder of the time you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app will not cancel a subscription.
Deleting the profile data will not cancel a subscription and could disrupt the cancellation process.
