Options to Order and Download App

•  By phone: Place your order at engage.ada.org or by calling an ADA member service advisor at 1.800.947.4746.
• Through the mobile app: Download the app from the Apple or Google Play stores. You can find the app using “CDT” or “ADA” as the search term.
• Order the CDT: Current Dental Terminology book from the ADA Catalog website; the redemption code is on the inside cover of the book.
• Order the CDT Codes App as a standalone product from the ADA Catalog website, and you will receive an email with your redemption code from ADA.
• Through the web version of the app at https://cdtapp.ada.org/sign-in 

What is included in the app?

    • Up-to-date & accurate CDT codes, plus complete descriptors

    • Includes ICD-10-CM codes applicable to dentistry

How do I use the app on a computer?

• To access the app on a computer, visit https://cdtapp.ada.org/ and log in with your user email and password.

Can I preview the app before I purchase it?

• Yes, you can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You will be able to view a limited number of codes and test the functionality of the app.

Do I have to log in every time I use the app?

• No, the app will keep you logged in until you log out or uninstall the app.

Do I always need to be connected to the internet to use the app?

• No, but your device needs to be connected when you first log in.

Can I download the app onto more than one device?

• You can download the app on up to 10 devices as long as the devices are on the same iTunes or Google Play account.

Where can I find the redemption code for my app?

• If you ordered CDT: Current Dental Terminology, the app is included with your book purchase. The redemption code and instructions for downloading the app are on the inside cover of the book.
• If you ordered the app as a standalone product, you should have received an email from ADA Catalog with a redemption code. 

How do I access the e-book?

• The app is separate from the e-book. Redemption codes for e-books are located inside the front cover of each book. You can redeem your e-book access code by visiting https://ebooks.ada.org/redeem. For more information about ADA e-books, visit the ADA e-book FAQ page.
