I can't find my activation code.
If you purchased access from the WOCNCB website, they will have emailed you an 8-digit activation code.

Our company, Higher Learning Technologies, does not distribute the codes and does not know which code was sent to you from your WOCNCB website purchase. We are glad to help you activate the code once you have received it and answer any questions about the mobile or web apps!
Where do I enter my activation code?
If you have your code, it will need to be activated on the app's web version. It cannot be activated using the mobile app, but the mobile app will unlock once this is completed on the web version of the app.
Each certification has a different app and requires you to create a profile in that app.
If you purchased access for multiple certifications, each certification will have a code that will need to be entered in the web version of the respective app.

-Once you are logged in, select Profile in the upper right corner.
-Select Account and Enter Activation Code
-Enter the code in that field (in ALL CAPS) and select the blue button that says "Activate Code."
You won't need to put your access code into your mobile device. It will already be associated with the profile you activated on the web app. You will have full access to the mobile app as long as you sign in with the same email address and password.
It says my address is already being used by another account.
If you are seeing a message that your address is already taken, you may have previously created an account in this app using the same address and are currently on the sign-up page.
-Use the sign-in option to access that account, rather than the sign-up/create an account option.
-Select the text that says "Already have an account? Log In" below the green button to go to the sign-in page.
-Enter your address and password
-Select the green "Log in" button
You will be able to enter an activation code after signing in. See the instructions above.
It says my code is invalid.
