We worked with the publisher and authors of the Dearborn Modern Real Estate Practice book to license their content for use in our apps.
However, at Dearborn's request, the app and book do not have the exact same content. There are features in the app that you won't find in the book, and there are features in the book that you won't find in the app.
Our app is very interactive. It will give you detailed results tracking showing your strongest and weakest areas. The app also includes audio and video material not found in the book. As well as, flashcards and Q&A! We do this because we want to provide our students with various ways to study. Everyone learns differently
