When subscriptions are started through our website, they are processed with our company (Higher Learning Technologies). We use the merchant name MYMASTERY on credit card information as a majority of our products have the word "Mastery" in the title.
Most likely, your recent unrecognized charge is for a subscription to one of our products. All of our subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled by the user. We do our best to make this clear at each point of purchase and understand that sometimes subscriptions can be forgotten. We will always refund a recent charge made through our website if contacted within 7 days of the charge if the renewal is unneeded. Our Customer Success Team can gladly assist you with this.
If you have already submitted and email to our Customer Success Team, we will reach out to within 48 hours to help you resolve the issue! Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM Central Time. Emails received over the weekend will be answered first thing Monday morning in the order which it was received.
